A payment plan where a chamaa can pay the cash price in 6 months if they deposit 50%.
EOI to be filled by either director of the cha-maa or someone with power of attorney by a resolution of the members
To sell a number of plots equivalent to the number of members or a land size that is divisible
Title Processing: Titles will be processed once all group members have completed their payments. The unit price is exclusive of the title processing fee.
