Perminus Kariuki is the founder and C.E.O Nyota Njema Real Estate Ltd, a certified financial advisor, and a Bachelor of Business Administration financial option holder from Maseno University. Nyota Njema Real Estate Ltd is one of the known Real Estate Companies in Kenya providing prime lands for investment in strategic areas in Kenya, Residential properties, and Real Estate Industry advisory. Under his leadership, Nyota Njema has received multiple prestigious awards in the real estate sector. He was recognized as the Realtor of the Year in 2022 by the Kenya Property Realtors Association (KPRA) He is also a notable speaker, a member of the BNI Achievers Chapter, and a Support Director Consultant for BNI Pearl. He is the Executive Director of BNI Nairobi South Chapter.

Beyond his professional achievements, he proudly serves as the Chair of Maseno University Alumni and lends his voice as the Spokesperson for the Association of Real Estate Stakeholders (RESA).

With seven years of experience in the humanitarian sector, she brings a wealth of expertise in project design, planning, and implementation, particularly in empowering communities.

Waithera holds a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management, coupled with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. With an illustrious 7-year career in the humanitarian industry, she boasts extensive experience in crafting and executing projects with precision. Her expertise lies in strategic project design and planning, showcasing a remarkable ability to enhance community capacities. Waithera drives excellence in operations and contributes to the success of our organization through her exceptional skills in project management and community development. Waithera’s passion lies in building capacities and making a meaningful impact in people’s lives through her work in project management and community.

Dr. Nelson Kuria is the Chairperson of our Board of Directors. He holds a BA in Economics, an MA in Leadership Studies and Executive Leadership training from Stanford Business School. Dr. Kuria is the Group CEO of CIC Insurance Group. He is also the Board Chairman of SMEP Microfinance Bank and Africa International University.

Lilian Gachoki is the Director of Dream Credit since 2009. She is a graduate of the Stanford Seed Program and holds a BA in Commerce from Strathmore University, For 18+ years she has been active professionally, and her interest has largely been in the financial sector.

She is a graduate of Stanford seed Program, Owners manager program(OMP)graduate from Strathmore university, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Diploma in Credit management and a Kenya Institute of Bankers Associate (AKIB) Diploma.

Josephine has over 10 years of diverse Human Resources Management experience that spans start-ups and established organizations. She is a strategic business partner who has worked alongside senior leaders. Her passion is driven by creating an engaging and collaborative workforce.

In her previous roles as an HR Manager, she has worked to build programs that support HR initiatives while implementing internal processes that facilitate corporate objectives.

Her vast experience includes employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, payroll, talent acquisition, HR compliance audits, HR handbook development and review, job analysis, and policy and procedures implementation.

Josephine earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Kenya Methodist University. She holds a Diploma in Human Resources from Kenya Institute of Management. She is a member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM)

He is the founder and current Managing Partner of JM Associates LLP, a Certified Public Accountants firm, and JMA Consulting, a Management Consulting firm in Kenya and Rwanda.

John has over 21 years of experience stemmed from several positions he has held over the years in both private and public sector organizations.
