We convened the Nyota Njema Real Estate annual Strategic Plan meeting on January 15th and 16th, 2024, at Westwood Hotel which marked a pivotal moment for our organization. This annual gathering served as a cornerstone event, providing an opportunity to reflect on past achievements while meticulously strategizing for
the forthcoming year in alignment with our overarching goals.

On February 8th, 2024, Nyota Njema hosted a team-building event at Floor Garden Resort, facilitated by Coach Steve.
